


Getting ready for your inflatable:
· All units require one 20 amp circuit to be located within 100ft of where the unit will be placed. Generators are available for an extra charge.
· Area shall be level and free of debris to include sticks, rocks, animal feces and any other objects that could damage unit.
· Plan a food & drink area a safe distance away from inflatable unit.
Our Rules:
· Adult supervision (18 years or older) is required while the unit is in use.
· Do not exceed the capacity displayed on each unit.
· NO shoes, jewelry, eyeglasses or any other hard or sharp objects that may other children or the actual unit.
· NO food, drink, gum or silly string inside the inflatable unit at anytime.
· NO flips, wrestling or rough play allowed!
· For safety, all riders must be similar in size and age.
· Keep sharp objects, food and drinks away from inflatable units.
· Please Keep all pets away from inflatable units.
· Do not let riders jump against or climb on the side netting or sit or play on entrance ramp
· Rider must go down the slide feet first.
· If winds exceed 20 miles per hour or if it starts raining, have the riders exit the inflatable. Turn the blower off, detach from unit and place indoors or a dry location. When weather subside, reconnect the blower and turn on. Unit must be completely dry before riders are allowed to re-enter. Towel drying can expedite the drying process.
· If the blower stops running or the unit starts to deflate, safely have the riders exit the unit. Do not attempt to trouble shoot or re-inflate the unit while riders are still inside. Check to make sure blower has not been detached from unit. Ensure plug is still secure to the outlet. Lastly make sure breaker as not tripped. Blower should be on dedicated circuit to prevent overloading.
· If the equipment does not work properly, contact us immediately.
Rain Policy:
In the event rain is forecasted customers have the option to re-schedule or cancel BEFORE the equipment leaves to be delivered. If you choose to cancel the event PRIOR to delivery due to forecasted inclement weather, we will either re-schedule or refund your deposit. All weather cancellations must be made by 8:00 AM the date of the rental in order to receive refund of deposit. Once the moonwalk is up and operational, there are NO REFUNDS…NO EXCEPTIONS.
Negligence or Abuse:
· Renter will be liable for the unit(s) from the time they are delivered until employee(s) from Maryland Bounce Kings, LLC picks them up. Our equipment is commercial quality and very durable. These units will not be damaged by normal use.
· If any incidental damage occurs as a result of not following the rules, negligence or abuse, the renter will be responsible for the cost of the repairs or replacement of the unit.
· If the unit is extremely dirty, wet or stained, the renter will be charged a cleaning fee of $75.00-$150.00.
