Q. Are your inflatables safe?
A. Yes!! They are safe as long as all of the rules that are outlined on the policies page of this website are followed at all times.
Q. What kind of supervision is necessary?
A. Adult supervision (18 years and older) is required while in use! Maryland Bounce Kings, LLC can supply an attendant for $30.00 an hour per, per unit.
Q. Do you allow customer pick up?
A. No! For safety purposes our units must be set up by experienced personnel only..
Q. How many people can bounce at one time?
A. Groups of children/adults should be separated according to size and/or age.
Do not exceed the recommended capacity per age as listed below:
Children under 5 years old: 6-10 children
Children 6-8 years old: 5-10 children
Children 9-13 years old: 4-5 children
Teens/Adults: 2-3 people
Our units are not suitable for children who are under 3 years old.
Q. Is your equipment clean?
Absolutely! All of our units are cleaned and disinfected before and after each use. We're committed to making sure that your children have a safe and healthy environment to play.
Q. Where can an inflatable unit be set up?
A. Our units can set it up on grass, pavement, concrete, or inside a Gym, Rec Center or building that is tall enough. Area shall be level and free of debris to include sticks, rocks, animal feces and any other object that could damage the unit.
Q. How much space is required for an inflatable unit?
A. Minimum space for our bouncers is 20’ x 20’, Combo’s require 25 x 25.
Q. What requirements are needed from the customer for a proper inflatable set-up?
A. The inflatable units require a dedicated110 VAC outlet located within 100 feet of the unit. If power source isn’t available Maryland Bounce King’s, LLC can supply a generator for an additional fee.
Q. Will the inflatable unit harm my lawn?
A. There are several factors to consider like temperature, length of rental and weight, but typically lawns have minimum impact. Flattened grass is most common but usually not permanent. We cannot guarantee that the inflatable unit will not have an effect on your lawn.
Q. Is Maryland Bounce King’s LLC insured?
A. Yes, we carry full liability insurance in the event of injury due to Maryland Bounce King’s LLC gross negligence or malfunction of Maryland Bounce King’s LLC equipment. This statement in no way implies legal responsibility. YOU are still responsible for the safety of the children while the inflatable is in use.
Q. Do you require a deposit?
A. Yes, we do require a $50.00 deposit on bounces and $100.00 deposit on Combos. Deposit must be received in order to secure reservation. If paying by check, the entire balance will need to be paid 10 days rental date. Credit Card and Cash payment can be made on site the day of rental.
Q. What is your cancellation/refund policy?
A. The customer will receive a full refund of a deposit if order is canceled at least 15 business days prior to the event date. No refund if canceled 14 days or less; however we will apply a credit for a future rental. No refund or rain checks will be issued AFTER the equipment has been delivered, even if the equipment is not used.
Q. What is your Rain Policy?
A. If there is a threat of rain you have the option to re-schedule or cancel BEFORE the equipment leaves to be delivered. If you choose to cancel the event PRIOR to delivery due to forecasted inclement weather, we will either re-schedule or refund your deposit. All weather cancellations must be made by 8:00 AM the date of the rental in order to receive refund of deposit. Once the moonwalk is up and operational, there are NO REFUNDS…NO EXCEPTIONS
Q. What time do you deliver and pick up the inflatable unit?
A. We typically start deliveries around 8:00 AM and pick-ups can be as late as 8:00 PM. You will be contacted a day prior to the event to confirm your order. If you require delivery or pick up of a unit outside of our standard time-frame, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
